Kamilla was born in the USA and and lives in Norway with her Norwegian father and Chinese-Canadian mother. She is from a family of non-musicians and has been playing piano since she was 5 yrs old beginning with the Suzuki Method with Sigrun Landro Bekken. This year, she has joined group lessons with Cecilie Barratt-Due at the Barratt-Due Institute of Music in Oslo.


Kamilla has participated in various concerts and workshops including the Poros Piano Academy in Greece and the British Suzuki Gala Concert at London’s Royal Albert Hall in 2016. She has had Master Classes in with professors from Australia, England, Poland, USA, Norway and others and has been an active participant supporting Suzuki teacher training workshops in the Nordics. Kamilla won her school talent competition in 2015.


Kamilla plays for the love of music, sharing her art with family and friends in weekly home concerts.
